Large Format LDM Printer

A 1.5m by 1.5m x 1m Liquid Deposition Modeling Printer. Built using linear extrusion with custom laser-cut steel mounting plates. Z-Axis is driven with High Torque NEMA 23 stepper motors and lead screws. The X- and Y-Axises are driven with chains powered by NEMA 34 stepper motors. Custom sleds were fabricated for the X and Y gantry movement systems.
